General Information and Standards for Classes
There are two pathways - Spiritual Healer and/or Earth Steward
Completion of each pathway and its independant study assignment leads to ordination
Each pathway has two Paths - Part I  and Part  II
Completion of each path attains certification
Each path has 6 sessions that build on each other
Program fees -
All four pathways paid in full in advance $420. ( saves $60.00 )
Each pathway paid in advance $115/ to total  $460.  (saves $40.00)
Each session $20.00 or $480 to  total
Payment plans must be agreed on prior to class start and completed by the first Element of each session.  Space is saved
when 50% of the fees are covered.  Weekly evening classes will be offered as well as weekend intensives.  Currently the
prograns are  not offered on line.  Classes are held in the Southern Ontario Region.   
Every effort will be made to accommodate payment of  fees.  Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of any Pathway.  No
refunds will be given but transfers can be made to other pathways with agreement of Mentor, Candidate, and space
availability.  Cheques must be cleared before classes start.  Receipts will be given when payment is complete.
Know the topic of each Session  Refunds are not given after classes have started.
Classes will be limited to 10-12 per session.  Candidates who have been accepted will be notified immediately.  Candidates
wishing to be on a waiting list need to identify their availability.
Attendance is taken, at each session by a sign in sheet.
If sign-in is missed, candidates may not be given full credit.
Breaks are 20 minutes.  Mentor needs a break too.  Questions should be saved for discussion period
Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the premises.
Respectful silence when someone is speaking.
Feedback forms must be completed
Concerns must be directed to the Mentor.
Unresolved issues will be referred to the Board  for discussion and resolution.
List of Mentoring Practitioners will be made available for follow up.
Graduation Services will be in April, and November.  Any candidate not completing full independent study assignment or not
providing evidence of a Self Reclamation project  will not be eligible for Graduation services/ordination.  There are no fees
for ordination unless certificates are requested from SHES.  A donation of $45.00 is applicable.
Some classes may be held outdoors in the good weather.  Transportation to secondary sites will be arranged to support
those without vehicles.
Any health issues requiring special attention are the responsibility of the candidate but we will try to be respectful and
supportive where possible, in the interests of all candidates in attendence.
